I just want to thank everyone who took part in my questionnaire it really helped out a lot. I will be working on some of it later and I am going to be using the searches from my portal site to add to the fray. If you haven’t taken part but would like to please by all means do, I won’t be upset trust me. Here they are if you do. Set number 1, Set number 2 and finally set number 3. Again thank you all for helping out. I will be back and ready to bore you with life posts sometime this weekend!
How many Mexicans can you fit in a pickup truck? Obviously quite a few, I saw one unloading at Burger King earlier and was spell bound. It was like on of those clown cars at the circus, just when you think it has to be over, out pops a few more. Let’s see, 4 got out of the cab, and this was not an extended cab truck so they were crammed in there, and 7 got out of the back again this was just a regular sized bed with a topper on it so they had to be uncomfortable as well as cold.
Anyway, thats neither here nor there. The sinus infection/cold that I started out the week with has travelled into my lungs and is trying to turn into bronchitis, I am fighting it with every ounce of my being but I think it is a losing battle. I think maybe if I keep linking my questions that hopefully some kind soul will decide to answer them, are you that kind soul?
These are for the digital users, since I lost my list I am going to try to do this from memory so they won’t be in any logical order:
Does your camera have manual controls and do you use them?
What size memory card do you use?
Are you using the memory card that came with your camera or did you purchase a larger one?
Do you have a portable storage device for offloading the camera while out and about?
How many times do you use your camera per week (on average)?
What settings do you use for your photos? I.E. jpg, tiff, or raw
Do you use rechargeable batteries?
What do you take pictures of mostly? I.E. family and friends, pets, objects, or landscape.
There were more questions but for the life of me I can’t remember them all. This is going to help me greatly in my research and it will help me focus on what is important on my other site. Thank you for your participation and hopefully someday this will pay off for all of us!
This was no more unexciting than the others. Part 3 of my questions should go up later today, hopefully. Of course I still only have one person who answered part 2 but I may be able to redeem that!
I think I fixed that damn bug in SharpMT, it doesn’t seem to like the newest version so I had to make some adjustments.
Tonight was a horrible horrible night at work, many orders going out and I had to inspect them all. So far my first week of being on my own has been ok but the paranoia that I will screw up is still there and I think they will tire of my constant apologizing for things that really weren’t my fault.
I am sick to death of this damn snow already, where the hell is spring? Oh yeah, go answer part two of my questions please please please!
Wow, thats quite the title isn’t it. I feel like crap today and haven’t much to post of interest so I will plug my earlier post that is part two of my questions. Come on people, I need more than one persons opinion on this in order to form an useful article.
Alright, I need to go figure out what is wrong with my SharpMT now it seems to have a bug!
**update** this damn bug is driving me crazy
Alright, I got more responses than I thought I would on the first part now here is the second part of the questions, there are only three parts to it so bare with me.
For those who shoot film:
When you buy film what kind do you normally get? Do you buy it for the situation I.E. ISO 200 for sunny days, or do you just buy a general purpose film like ISO 400 all the time?
Does your camera have manual and automatic settings?
If it has the capability for manual settings, do you use them?
How do you store your negatives and prints?
Have you ever sold a photo?
Have you ever taken a photo that you thought could be sold?
Thats all for this set of questions, I want to thank everyone for their participation so far this is going to be put to use in the very near future bith for an article and to restructure my other website.
