A glowing recommendation!
Yeah I know what you are thinking. Jeff giving a recommendation, he complains about everything! Well let me tell you something about my experience with Dell!
Their service has been top notch, they have done what they said and had it done when they said it would be. Then there is the fact that I am an amzing idiot at times. I completely missed the option to add a free wireless card to the computer but when I mentioned it in an email about another question I had they said that they would ship one right out to me! The other thing I was askign about was that from the website ordering process I was under the impression that they were including a full version of Paint Shop Pro, what I got was a trial version. I looked back through the site to make sure and everything else that was a trial version was marked as such but Paint Shop did not mention it. I was just asking in case it had been left out of the package and if it wasn’t that they should correct the website so as not to have any complaints. What they did was said they will ship me a full version, newer than the one that was listed. When it showed up on the order page I noticed that it was for a diffrent program and told them so they could change it before it shipped. Then they apologized again and upgraded the shipping to next day air! Holy cow, they are awesome. In the past I have had nothing but trouble with customer service but these guys have got it down right!

Got the laptop configured for my cable connection and it has been running Windows update ever since! As I type this it is at 36% which considering my connection speed means this is one huge download!
I really need to get to bed but I guess I can wait this out!
