All the yelling over fema and slow response times is not the real issue. I think we need to address the mis-use of hurricane technology by the administration. Last year they devastated Florida and this year they seem to be targeting Louisiana and now Texas.
If they cannot handle the responsibility of handing out hurricanes a little better then we are going to have to remove them all from office and go with something else. Anything but a liberal please, democrats make me itch. Maybe we could get Big Bird and Snuffalupagus to take over. I imagine they could do a better job than Bush and what-his-name. Or how about SpongeBob and Patrick, fish sticks for everyone!
Seriously though, I think that all the pundits and liberals and what have you need to step back and let things get done. You have all the time in the world to whine and complain when things get back to normal down there. You people are not helping anything, especially not the moral of those who are from there.
The more I see the political machine in action, the more I want to distance myself from it. How can you sit here and say we have the greatest system on the planet then systematically tear it to shreds in the same breath? I am beginning to understand why monarchy was the rule for so long, democracy turns people into hypocrites.

Ever since they started giving some hurricanes male and some female names, there have been a lot of problems. It’s that competition thing, the battle between the sexes. If we go back to all girl names, things will get better.
