I have heard somewhere that sleep is a necessity. That if you don’t get enough you could go insane. Well I am here to tell you that is just wrong. Heck I run a just 3 hours of sleep a day and it hasn’t hurt me a bit.

Apparently, continual sleep deprivation adds up and can make you into a virtual zombie in the long run.
I sometimes find too much sleep makes me tireder tho’…
Maybe you should try for 4 or 5 hours.
I cannot imagine running on three hours’ sleep even more for than one day. I need 7 – 8 hours to feel normal.
