Well that didn’t go too bad. My first night back at third shift was a rather easy one. Not a lot to do so I was able to reacquaint myself with some of the procedures. The biggest difference I noticed was they now have someone on the shift that knows what they are doing so when I rejected something there was someone there who could fix it.
Starting third shift made for a very short weekend and I am paying the price for it right now. I am dragging butt!
I made myself some lunch last night to take to work with me, and then I left without it. I was so very looking forward to those sausages. I had to eat from the vending machine, oh God help me. The people who fill this vending machine hate me. It is full of the most hideous snacks imaginable. Pork rinds, sesame sticks?, it is essentially a heart attack vending machine. I can hear it calling me sometimes, just trying to get me to eat that stuff and take years off my life.

You don’t like sesame sticks? How can you not like sesame sticks???
What do you do?
vending machines never work for me. I keep desk food at work. I just don’t eat any of that vended stuff.
