I spent the entire day fighting the very very strong urge to smoke a cigarette. I haven’t wanted one this bad since the first day without. I’m not sure why but my will power is taking a beating right now and I may have to lock myself in a closet in order to get past this!

Jeff, I feel for you man. I’ve had about 6 of those days. It bites really bad. Sorry to say though, too, I’ve had 2 cigarettes. Neither one though, was on those days, they were times that I just got really, really upset and out of control. Which does happen now with some frequency… I’ll say a prayer for you.
I hope you made it through the day without a cigarette.
Forgot to say, the day after these rough days, I’m exhausted… It’s kind of draining to fight that urge all day, lmk if you find that too. Is there hope for us?
