Ouch!
Every once in awhile, usually at work, reality comes up and slaps me upside the head. I am often reminded of that beer commercial with the guys sitting around the campfire and one of them says “Yeah, it just doesn’t get any better than this”. That is usually about the point when I want to burst into tears!
Please oh please tell me it does get better. Tell me I am not going to be a laborer for the rest of my life! Tell me I am not going to be paying on my house well into what should be my retirement years! What the hell was I thinking? Reality sucks and I am tired of it pushing me around. Just let it get close enough again and I am going to give it a swift kick in the nads!
