It’s just another day…
I have been rode hard and put away wet everyday this week. I still have two, maybe three, more days till I have another day off, this does not bode well! I have been taking a new vitamin supplement in the hopes that I can get myself somewhat healthier without spending scads of money at the darn doctors office.
While they seem to be trying to work me into a coma at work it has had an unexpected effect. I am actually becoming used to the higher stress level that they have put on me. If they do what they normally do, once I get totally used to it I won’t have to deal with it anymore! I have no idea why that happens but it happens too much to be a coincidence.
Yet another disappointing storm today. There have been no real major systems around here in quite awhile. I am about ready to pack up my equipment and hop in the truck and drive down to Texas. They seem to be getting battered on a pretty routine basis now.
I am sitting here enjoying a Red Stripe, a Jamaican lager in case you wonder. I don’t drink often and when I do I only have one, but man do I love these things. I don’t really care for most beers as they have that horrid after taste but these just seem more mellow to me.
I hope you all are doing well, yes even the ones who wound up here through a Google search!

Hi Jeff… So you’re desensitizing? Hmmn. Sounds like it’s working for you. Yeah, there seem to be storms all over the place except where you want them to be. Never heard of Red Stripe. And I’ve never noticed a horrid aftertaste with any beers

I’ve never heard of Red Stripe. But I don’t care for beer, so there’s probably lots of beers I haven’t heard of. I hope you have a nice weekend.
