I've struggled for years with depression myself... life changes seem to be the best treatment I've found. (Lost the bad husband, the worse boyfriend, etc.... still working on finding my dream job.) Wow. What's worse, watching your grass die or being a slave to the upkeep of a lush, ever-growing lawn? How long do you have to be off the SAM-e to know if that's the problem? Hopefully it won't be long and that you'll find out it's not the culprit and you can get back on it and go on. Messing with meds is a stressful endeavor, no? Poopy has often threatened to cover our entire back yard with black plastic and dump tons of river rock where the grass would have been. I figure that would cut down (severely) on the constant mowing and weeding but make volleyball or croquet a bit treacherous... Still no rain, Jeff? Wow.
