From one who doesn’t like attention.

I really really hate it when you decide to have a sneezing fit right in the middle of the sermon at church. There is just no way to stop everyone from noticing! The worst part is that there is no way to look cool while sneezing or after sneezing. Something about you sitting there with your hands over your face just isn’t cool. Oh and when you pull your hands away, you know you want to look at them and make sure there isn’t anything gross on them but everyone is still looking at you. How do you look cool on that one? You can’t just lower your hands down to your lap cause whatever might be on them will now be on your pants.

I am going to start keeping a box of Kleenex handy at all times, I am not going through that again!

  1. I’m kind of glad you didn’t title this post “A Man of Substance…” Ewwww, sorry.
You put this so eloquently. One of those “things” that afflict us all at one time or another. The other thing that gets me is when you get that tickle in your throat that inevitably ends up causing one of those coughing fits that won’t end. That only seems to happen in a room full of people where someone is speaking, thereby causing you to have to either crawl under your seat or try to leave the room inconspicuously…

I would have had to change it to substances. Which is even grosser when you think about it!

  3. We’re regressing, my good man. Back to what? About 14 (years old) I would say. LOL
