I love fry day, the day when we celebrate the greatest contribution to the culinary experience. The taste of potato and grease is an experience that few will forget and even fewer will not experience multiple times. Personally I love the crinkle cut type, the thin ones cool off too fast!
I used to love McD’s fries till they started on their national save a potato campaign. In which they put about 6 or 7 fries in the small size and boost it up by 4 fries for each size increment. Now I am a Wendy’s fry lover, only because their small is the same amount as McD’s medium used to be!
Yes I love those cut up spuds….
What?
Not Fry Day?
Friday?
Oh, never mind.

I guess there is a difference between fry day and friday. You can eat fries any day of the week…
but… um,never mind.
You’ve got me on a food kick this week. I love french fries, but not in the traditional way, as in, with ketchup. I like mine either doused in vinegar or smothered in cheese and gravy.
Also, I prefer sweet potato fries over plain old.
I never thought of that day of the week as fry day. We may have to start a tradition here.
