My kids fought like mortal enemies until high school when neither would leave the house without a civilized commentary centered on "Do I look ok?" I think that's when they started to realize the value of a sibling... Likewise, Hazel and I had our "moments." Now I thank God for her every day. Yep, enjoy those moments the best you can because all too soon, you'll look away and when you look back, they're grown and moving out. And life is never quite the same after.
