I gave in and went to the doctor today. The bronchitis was getting to me, that and the whole “if I’m sick when my surgery rolls around they will cancel” thing. I was right, it is indeed bronchitis, a pretty nasty case according to the nurse. Anyway, they gave me some antibiotics and some cough syrup with codeine in it. I don’t think I should have taken the cough syrup and then tried to post.
I have some things I want to blog about but I am holding back because some of it might just turn some people away. It’s not bad bad stuff, just my thoughts on things happening in this country right now. I seriously wish that ALL the politicians, media, and pundits would pull their collective heads out of their butts and realize that they are not doing the U.S. any favors right now. To be honest, I think the thing that is truly screwing this country up is what is supposed to be protecting it.
That is all I will say for now, lets see how many hate emails I get because of that and I will go from there. I am now going to go enjoy a codeine induced sleep!

Glad you went to the dr. and got medicine. Hope you’re feeling better soon.
I used to get bronchitis at least twice every winter. It sucked.
Blog about what’s bothering you man… holding that in isn’t doing any favors to your insides.
I usually get it at least two times, usually more in the winter. I am hoping that my quitting smoking may lower the number of times I get it.
Sorry to hear about the bronchitis. I used to get it quite often, but lately I’ve been doing much better.
I’m willing to bet you and I have the same view on what’s currently happening in the political media circus. I wonder if we both have the same solution? …
Yeah, bronchitis does stink.
Really, same solution? See, I was thinking we take one of those branding irons like they used on your arms and see what kind of branding we can do with some politicians. Of course, maybe with just the threat we could get that vacant senate seat!
Actually, my solution had to do with exercising 2nd amendment rights…
Just kidding!
But I do believe that until “We the people” wake up and realize that the current public perception of government’s role is nothing like what it should be, we’ll just keep experiencing more corruption. And on a greater scale with each passing year because we become less and less shocked by it each time it happens.
