I’m still trying

Ok I have done more work to the photography site. If you have a few seconds would you please go over to http://www.jeffallenphoto.com take a look then come back here and let me know what you think.

Is the look alright, does it all work for you. I know that there are a few vertical shots in there and right now it crops them too much, we are working on that. Any feedback you have would be greatly appreciated.

    Ooooh, Jeff, It’s good! Looks very professional. Everything worked fine, even for me ;-) Unless I did something wrong, of course. hehe.
    When you add more pics, please include the anemone.
    I’m sure you tried it with a black background and for some reason that didn’t work. Just a thought. I recently put together some collages on a photo developing site which allowed you to choose from several background colors and for some reason, when I put the pics on black, so many of them seemed to pop. Actually, different colored backgrounds had some great effects on different pictures.

    Jeff, saw a RT, and noticed it was a photography blog, and stopped to take a look. :)

    I LOVE the navigation feature- it is so nice to be able to get to the next picture from the larger size. Kudos on that.

    One thing on the layout– since the photography is the subject of the blog, have you considered having it centered, rather than to the left? I think the pictures would really POP if they were centered, and the information about each piece centered underneath. Just an idea!

    I really like it. The different backgrounds work well with each subject. Very nice layout.
