I have been driving this road a lot over the last few weeks. I had noticed the new billboard, but not really read it. The other day, Becky brought the whole picture to my attention.
Billboards
Now a close up of the first one:
It reads “By the way don’t text and drive thank you very much” for the txt challenged.
Now how about that second billboard:
Oh sweet heavens, I haven’t laughed that hard in a long time. This had to be planned. Just thought I would share this with you.

They really shouldn’t be in the same group of signs. And I wish people wouldn’t text while driving. It is sooooo dangerous.
See, you are getting more perceptive by the day!
Driving home from NY this weekend, I can’t tell you how many people I saw on the interstate talking on cell phones and/or texting. It really upset me to see three teenaged boys in a jeep, speeding, with the top down and the driver was texting. I wanted to scream at him.
This was funny!And I could really see Linda hanging her head out the window, hair flapping across her forehead, and words like “What the H**l do you think you are doing?” coming from her as she instructed the teenagers about the danger of texting. Hee hee
Hey, this is fun…weeeeeee
You misspelled whiny.
Oh, that’s great!
I have a set of signs I pass by occasionally that I want to get a picture of, but never have the camera when I’m out that way. So I’ll share the irony;
First sign is a bright yellow road sign that says “High DUI Crash Area” and ten yards behind it “Saltsburg Jr/Sr High School”
Yeah, that’s what I said…
That is awesome, and around here it would be true too! When I was in high school, that was the thing to do is get drunk every weekend. I didn’t do it every weekend, but I did my share.
