It’s traditional in many places. I know a few people who were planning on having it. As for me and mine, we had kielbasa & hotdogs with saurkraut and we had BBQ pork – among many other wonderful foods, as well.
I love love love pulled pork, I would eat it every day if I could!
Looks delicious. I lived in the south for quite a while, and my traditional dinner includes black-eyed peas.
I love black-eyed peas, no one else here does though.
It was very yummy, while I was working with this photo I found how unappealing cooked cabbage can look. At full resolution it resembled snot more than cabbage.
