Sitting here watching “Ghost Adventures”, this show cracks me up. I am addicted to shows like this, not sure why but there you go.
Anyway let’s get to the point. I am ill, of course, and while I was staring at the TV I remembered that I hadn’t posted anything on my poor little neglected blog. I had gotten out the other day, not far or long, just waiting for Desi to get done working the car wash for her school. I did snap a few photos, nothing to write home about but they are better than nothing.
This was on the side of a pizza place nearby, too bad they don’t make cutesy ads like this anymore.

Sorry it’s not a technical masterpiece but all I had was my point and shoot with me.
I love interesting advertising signs, mostly the old ones. I have taken more than my share of Copenhagen/barn photos. You know what else I love? The old sideshow pictures (canvas?) you used to see at fairs. I actually got to see some this year.
Our fair brought the sideshows back again this year. I guess with all the new technology it’s easier to make someone look like a freak?
