In case you can’t tell, the map is missing. I am really enjoying my new phone. Trying to work with it’s cameras limitations is challenging and entertaining.

This is the most amazing African Violet ever! It has sat on the kitchen windowsill for over 3 years, that in and of itself is amazing considering neither Becky nor I can keep even an air fern alive. This thing just keeps going and going. There have been periods where we forgot to water it and it would be pretty much dried up, I would water it and in a few days it would be good as new. Seriously, I am now scared of it!

I think I have all my Christmas shopping done now. I never finish this early, ever.

The judge sided with me in my attempt to receive medicaid due to my disability. Now on to more pressing matters like finding someone who can actually help me feel better.

The girls are out for Christmas break until the 5th of January. Please please pray for me, I think I’m going to need it.

I apologize to all my blog friends, I have been neglecting you all for too long. I have a lot of catching up to do, hold on tight while I try to read everything that I have missed over the last few weeks.

I have been driving this road a lot over the last few weeks. I had noticed the new billboard, but not really read it. The other day, Becky brought the whole picture to my attention.

Oh sweet heavens, I haven’t laughed that hard in a long time. This had to be planned. Just thought I would share this with you.

I walked the park several times. Passed the old tree quite a bit too. I never really looked at it though. Other than notice it was quite old, it never really stuck out to me. Finally, I did slow down, I took a look at this majestic old tree and saw this:

It took a bit of looking for me, I am getting older and I have never been real observant. When I did see it though, the emotions that washed over me where overwhelming. My curiosity ran wild. I wanted to know who put it there? How long ago? Are they still together, still alive? I may never solve these mysteries, but with this snapshot, they will forever haunt my thoughts.

Nothing of great consequence to say. Been fairly busy for someone who is still unemployed and ill!

Computer shopping for someone else is always fun, especially when they are a non-profit so you need to keep strict budget concerns in mind. So yeah, that gave me a headache!

I haven’t been out to take any photos yet, probably won’t be all week. I did get two tickets to Sundays Colts game given to me so I can take photos there! Football is so much more fun when you are there!

Some things, no matter how good for you they are, are just inedible. Most of the organic potato chips I have had so far have been just awful, we won’t even talk about the tortilla chips. Granted there have been a few good ones, but for the most part, YUCK!

I can’t seem to find a temperature that is agreeable to everyone in this house. It is either too hot or too cold, I wish I had a zone system in my house now, hindsight!

I am going to make some banana nut bread as soon as I get off here, so off I go!

Almost forgot, I found this somewhere and loved it. I can’t remember where it came from so if someone knows let me know so I can give proper credit!
