A small oversite?

I assume that most of you have noticed my little daily reads blogroll over to the right. I recently added some links to it, one of them has a risque name. I forgot about it, Linda asked about it, and that reminded me that I wanted to post about it!

So anyway, Cameraporn is just one of those sites that you have to see to appreciate. It isn’t updated daily, but there is enough there to keep me busy for awhile just reading back posts. This is what their about page says, and it explains it rather nicely:

Greetings, and welcome to our site! We are Ryan Goodman and Chris Lea, and we have a confession to make. We are obsessed with cameras. We met as co-workers and quickly found common ground as friends in our Canon 30D SLRs. Soon, we were exchanging tips (by which I mean Ryan was teaching Chris lots of stuff), trading lenses, and constantly sending each other links to gear that we don’t yet have but desperately want. In fact, this last habit became so obsessive that we realized it was closely akin to other, more risqué kinds of internet surfing that guys tend to engage in. Thus the birth of this site, CameraPorn.net.

So anyway, to show their love they even have some photos of their beloved cameras with rose petals sprinkled around. All very tastefully done mind you. I don’t think they exploited the 30D’s in any way.

It is a good read if you are into camera’s, any really, but specifically 30D’s. Check it out and enjoy!

Oh, and here’s a photo, by me, to get you by!
