What do you do when you have nothing to say?

Write a ambling post about nothing just to appease the blogiverse!

I should be asleep right now, couldn’t do it. Tried, failed, surrendered.

Stopped taking the SAM-e for awhile to see if it might be the cause of my gastric disturbances of late. If it is I will be disappointed as it is the first thing I have taken that genuinely made a dent in the depression.

I was walking through the Sahara this afternoon, my side yard, and was thinking that right now Astroturf might not be a bad idea. I would be way ahead of everyone else right now in the green department. They say it is slippery when it is wet but considering the drought conditions that won’t be a problem. Oh, and it won’t turn brown when the dog pees on it either, stupid dog. Not that his urinary problems are having any effect at the moment but if it ever turns green again you will still be able to tell where he went!

I think I will try to sleep again, the pastor doesn’t like it when I fall asleep during the service.

Fwap fwap fwap

That would be the sound of my head beating against my monitor! Yet another crappy storm. I am getting severely upset with this. I’m about ready to take a drive to somewhere that has real storms. I think it may have rained for about 10 minutes and well, I think I heard thunder once, what a waste.

I should probably be careful what I wish for or I may get more than I really want this close to home!

I upgraded my version of wordpress to 2.2 and lost a couple things. I will try and fix them later, they weren’t that important anyway!

I guess I can go to bed now and try to sleep. I couldn’t fall asleep last night to save my life and I have a feeling that tonight will be more of the same. I am loathe to write it off to any medicines that I am taking although if it doesn’t stop soon I may have to try dropping them one at a time until I can sleep!

Oh hi there!

Yeah, I’m still alive and kicking. Have been working on the website for my wifes work. Some updating here and there, making it run a little bit more efficiently. You know the drill! It has pretty much taken up all my free time. I have been reading other blogs but no real time or energy to comment. As a matter of fact, I should be working on it right now but I decided that my site needed a little love too.

Work has been crazy, really crazy. See I have this aversion to one particular job there and somehow I managed to be the lucky guy who always gets that job. It’s not so much that it is a bad job, it’s the fact that you just stand there loading and unloading parts, and trying not to fall asleep! I still haven’t figured out how I managed to get saddled with this machine of doom but I bet it has something to do with my aversion to it.

I’m sitting here at my very crowded desk, trying to think of something witty to say, it just ain’t happening! I have no wit! Someone must have knocked the wit out of me! Thats alright though, I really don’t give a wit. You know what they say, “Wit happens”. I know, I better stop before the wit hits the fan!

I really need to reel it in!

So the whole weekend was a wash, if you ask me. I didn’t feel very well through most of it. I did manage to get out on my birthday Saturday and I made it to the Super Bowl party on Sunday. But I was miserable through most of it.

I bought a wireless laser mouse with the money I received and I have to say that so far I love it. It is extremely accurate and that darn wire isn’t getting tangled and that means I don’t have to bend down and retrieve the mouse when I sit down!

I also went out Monday morning and bought a Super Bowl Champions hoodie. I am very proud of our team. So many people said they would never do it, I guess they were wrong!

Now photo up in the photo blog. I am really trying to keep it updated. Like this blog though, weekends will probably not see any action!

Yeah, now I am going to bed, I think I might be able to fall asleep pretty quickly tonight!
