What a difference a day makes, what, it’s been three weeks?

I have been neglecting my blog lately, honestly, I’m trying to figure out where it fits in the Facebook, Twitter, Google+ world. Honestly, I’m not sure yet. I can say that I love my blog and will never let it go. It may be neglected while I try to prioritize everything but I won’t let it die!

What have I been doing you ask? Why haven’t I finished the hospital story? Well it’s like this, have you ever had so much to do that you decided the best way to deal with it is to not do anything? No, well I have, and that’s where I am at the moment. I have spent so much time watching the news and being depressed about the economy and the nuts we have working on it that I have been hiding on twitter. Speaking of which.

You may have noticed the daily updates from twitter. I added that partly so you would know that I am still alive and partly to make sure my site has something new on it when I don’t feel like making a whole post. Yeah, it’s cheating I suppose but at least there is something new to read every day!

I will get to the rest of the hospital story soon enough but for now I am working on someones website and I need to figure out the google maps setup so I can make maps for their site. So for now, see you later.

Last political post for awhile

For those who voted in Obama, pat yourselves on the back now since you will be using that hand to protect you wallet after January 20th 2009.

It is no secret that I am not a fan of Obama, hopefully my first impression was wrong, but they rarely are.

I stayed up way too late last night watching the returns and becoming more and more unhappy as the night went on. I have already noticed on twitter that there are some blaming Obama for the fact that prop 8 passed in California. I cannot believe that some people are so dim. Obama had about as much to do with that as he had to do with the market drop today… Oh wait, that was his fault wasn’t it! So anyway, the prop 8 vote wasn’t his fault!

I am still not so sure that Obama won as much as McCain lost.

And now it is time to drop it! Pray for this country and move on to more important matters.

Oh and while I am at it, please God do not let Al Franken win. He isn’t that good a comedian, I can assure you his political skills are much worse!

UPDATE: Dow down 486 points! This will not end well.

I need more time in the day, or less temptation to try new things. This new thing is actually kind of cool. It is called Swurl and it ties together all the different crap you may have on the internet. Such as Twitter, Facebook, Flickr, and a ton of others. Right now it is kind of sparse because I haven’t had much activity on anything. I am trying though!
